At Port Vila International Airport, our team manages daily international and domestic flight operations, ensuring seamless coordination of aircraft movements, apron activities, and passenger services. Responsibilities include aviation security screening, baggage and cargo handling oversight, airside safety inspections, and close coordination with airlines, regulatory authorities, and border agencies. Our focus is on maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service at Vanuatu’s primary gateway.
At Santo International Airport, operations teams oversee both domestic and international services. Core functions include aircraft parking and apron management, passenger and cargo facilitation, security compliance, and coordination with airlines and border agencies to ensure safe and efficient airport operations in the northern region.
Operations at Tanna Airport support scheduled domestic services and charter flights, providing essential connectivity to the southern region. The team ensures runway safety, passenger facilitation, aircraft ground coordination, and compliance with aviation safety and security standards while maintaining efficient and reliable airport services.
Our Airport Rescue Fire Fighting Services provide immediate emergency response capability across our international airports. ARFFS personnel maintain operational readiness in accordance with international aviation standards, conduct regular emergency exercises, and ensure rapid response to aircraft incidents and airside emergencies to safeguard passengers, crew, and airport infrastructure.
Our Infrastructure and Maintenance teams ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of airport facilities. This includes the upkeep of runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield lighting systems, terminal buildings, utilities, and navigational aids. Through planned preventative maintenance and capital development programs, we continuously invest in strengthening and modernising Vanuatu’s aviation infrastructure.
